Hope everyone is having a great 2015 so far!
Just a quick update on what's been going on. Still working at DeFranco Creative (PDS - SourceFed - SourceFedNerd - FHP), still working on freelance for Cracked and other projects, and generally chugging along and getting by. :)
I celebrated my 32nd birthday this month and I'm still not used to being an "adult". I don't like it. It's weird.
Also, I super appreciate those who have been supporting Candi via Patreon or those who have been buying Candi art from my Etsy shop! It's been incredibly helpful and it keeps the site going! Thanks again!

My Monoprice tablet died over the weekend, and I had to go buy a new tablet from Best Buy (with Amazon price-matching!) so I can keep working and drawing and such. Ya know. Anyway, I have 45 days before I have to return it, but I'm hoping to sell enough artwork to not have to do that?
It's such a pain in the butt when the tech you depend on evenually fails. I know these things happen but... Poops.

Hey you guys! Hope your October is going well! I started a new Office Assistant job over at Defranco Creative (PDS - SourceFed - SourceFedNerd - FHP). I'm hoping this won't delay Candi anymore than it's already been delayed here and there... but hey. I have to pay bills and live life and such (annoying, I know.)
Candi should be updated again next Monday or Tuesday since I'm going out of town this weekend.

I’ve been getting a few emails and tweets from Candi readers asking if I was going to start a Patreon account to help support myself and the comic.
If you don’t know, Patreon is a way for readers to monthly contribute whatever donation amount they want to help support artists they like. (Video explanation here.)
There are some rewards for becoming a patreon contributor, but Candi Comics itself is and will always be free. So if you can’t support financially, I’d super appreciate if you could spread the word.
I’d love to be able to keep on making comics and art, without you know, the whole starving artist part. :D If I get enough support, I might be able to take on less freelance, and make more comics instead. Wouldn’t that be awesome?
